For protecting students with a good living environment, our college establishes the following accommodation management, and hopes students will
1、Pay all fees before students stay.
2、Students should regard the apartment as home, taking care for the equipment and materials and    keeping room clean. When withdrawing, the room should be clean. Otherwise the student must    pay for the relative bill.
3、Turn out the light, and Check water、electric and gas when leaving the room. There should be    rational uses of the equipment, goods in the apartment.
4、If something is damaged and lost, caused by the improper use, users are required to make    compensation. If unsure of responsibility, the users should make compensation by an average of    the value of goods.
5、Do not pasted decorative items arbitrarily in the apartment. You are required to pay the fine from 50    to 200 Yuan due to the extent of damage; if the floor and wall in the apartment are damaged, you    should pay the fine from 100 to 500 Yuan, due to the extent of damage.
6、Do not hinder others’ normal rest and life. After dissuade and not change, the institute will cancel    your qualification of the accommodation .The charge for the accommodation will not be returned.
7、You should take care of the apartments’ key. If you lend to others, you need to take the    responsibility of the loss or damage; not privately equip with key, return it when you left. If it lost,    fine of 50 Yuan; not private change locks.
8、If suffered from various infectious diseases, one can not sharing the same room with others.
9、Without permission, Students shall not be privately with others in..
10、Transact the withdrawal procedures after the institute check out the department.
11、When you want to leave and the lease does not expire, the charge for the accommodation will be     according to《Student Housing Regulations》.
12、If there are something wrong, students should inform the institute and take some necessary     measures.
13、During living in the department, students should comply with relative law and regulations.
14、The prohibition of the dissemination of illegal publications, yellow and audio-visual products,     banned various marketing activities in the department.
15、In the apartment, it is not allowed to engage in various illegal activities and abide Chinese laws     and regulations.
16、Be strict to compliance with the above management system.
