Information Regarding Accomodation |

In order to make arranging accomodation convenient for both the school and yourself, please read the following information:
1. Students who wish to move into the school’s accomodation are required to give a
1000RMB reservation deposit, the reservation deposit will go towards rent once the
student arrives. This deposit
must be transferred into the school’s bank account (account information provided
below). If you intend to live in the school’s accomodation, please notify us as soon as
possible in order for us to reserve a room for you.

2. Once the deposit has been submitted it is non refundable, regardless of of the
circumstances.
3. If there has been a change in your schedule and you will be arriving at a later date,
please notify us at least one week prior to the originally intended arrival date. We can
hold a room for up to 15 days, however it is not guarenteed that the room you requested
will be the room we provide you. After 15 days, the desposit will be counted towards rent
starting on the 16th day. If you did not notify the school a week in advance that you will be
arriving at a later date, the 1000rmb will be put towards rent starting on the originally
intended arrival date, there will no 15day grace period.
